Basic Practice for the Protection of Personal Information

  9. When entrusting a third party with personal data, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of said third party to ensure the proper handling of the entrusted personal information.
  10. In response to changes in social environments related to the handling of personal information, we may revise this policy and/or other company regulations as necessary to improve services continually.

* For the purposes of this policy, the term "personal information" refers to information that would allow a specific living individual to be identified, and such term also refers to any personal information that is contained in our personal information database or elsewhere.
